Sale items, jewelry, undergarments (including leggings, camisoles, bodysuits & bandeaus), and gift certificates are a FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be given on these items.
We will happily accept returns for exchange or for full refund to credit/debit card that was used.
For a return or exchange:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 calendar days to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). Your return will not be accepted after 3 days of USPS delivery.
A Return Authorization number (RA#) is required for all items being returned or exchanged. A Return Authorization number (RA#) must be requested from our returns department within 3 days from date of receipt as confirmed by the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery confirmation.
Please include the following information when emailing our returns department:

You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with an RA#. You will then be able to mail the merchandise back with the return/exchange form. Make sure to have the RA# visible on the outside of the package. Please ship your return/exchange to the following address:

If you are a resident of Oahu, you may drop off your return to our store to avoid shipping fees but only after receiving a Return Authorization number (RA#) from our returns department.
Any packages received without an RA# will be returned to sender.
Your return must be post marked or brought into our store within three calendar (3) days of receiving your RA#. We highly recommend using USPS, UPS, or FED-EX as carriers for returning your merchandise. We strongly recommend using a tracking method with delivery confirmation. You may also choose to insure your package. In the unfortunate circumstance that your package is damaged or does not arrive to House of Aria, we will not be liable for any damages or missing packages.
If you wish to return/exchange your item, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return your item as well as the shipping charges required to send the new item.
Merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn condition with the tags attached. We have the right to refuse a return if we suspect that the merchandise has been worn, altered, or is not in re-sellable condition.
